PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently carry out inspection of delivery of a nozzle which delivers a liquid such as an ink. SOLUTION: A liquid delivering inspecting apparatus is equipped with a sensing part set in a non-contact state to the liquid delivering nozzle which delivers the liquid; a detecting circuit which detects an induced current generated in the sensing part by the liquid delivered from the liquid delivering nozzle and charged with electricity; a judging part which judges on the basis of the induced current detected by the detecting part whether or not the liquid is normally delivered from the liquid delivering nozzle; and a substrate where the sensing part is set on one face, and circuit constituting parts that constitute the detecting circuit are set on the other face.
