<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging to sealability due to a state wherein the hood seal part is displaced relative to a hollow seal part in the longitudinal direction, projected from the block for positioning, retracted, interfered with the hood seal part of the other side weather strip to be connected to generate a clearance, in the weather strip which is equipped with a base part which is divided into a plurality pieces and mounted along the hood side edge of a convertible, and mounted to a retainer, a hollow seal part which forms the base part and the hollow part, and seals between the seal part and the window glass rolled up, a hood seal part which is integrally formed with the base part or the hollow seal part, extended and elastically contacted to the hood side edge to seal between the hood side edge and the hood, and a mold forming part where the block for positioning which is engaged with the retainer end surface to perform the positioning when being mounted to the retainer on the end part. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning of hood seal part is performed by forming a V-groove shape part 19 to be engaged on a block 8, and an engagement part 21 having a V shape cross section on the hood seal part 15, and engagingly locking the engagement part 21 with the part 19 to be engaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
