PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage canal structure for suppressing outflow of rainwater, which dispenses with an installation space with a large area, such as a regulating reservoir, which enables the temporary storage of the rainwater, and which has good maintainability. SOLUTION: In this drainage canal structure 11 for suppressing the outflow of the rainwater, a weir 19 as a communication part, which enables the rainwater in a closed conduit 14 to flow out into an infiltration conduit section 16, is formed between the closed conduit 14 and the infiltration conduit section 16. A filling member 18 mainly comprises: an inclined plate part 18a for an inclined plane section, which is almost square in a view from a top surface, which is composed of a synthetic resin material such as polypropylene, and which is inclined at a fixed angle (of the order of 5°) of inclination with respect to a horizontal plane; and four bearing leg columns 18b, 18b, etc. which are integrally formed at the four corners of the inclined plate part 18a, and which bear a load on other filling members 18 etc. continuously provided in an upper part, after-mentioned reinforcing members 30 and 30, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
