PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body mounting structure for an on-vehicle unit realizing efficiency of energy absorption at inputting of front load by increasing crushing stroke of a front side member. SOLUTION: The vehicle body mounting structure for the on-vehicle unit is provided with a pair of left and right front side members 22 having a space at the inside and arranged along in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; and a mount bracket 27 fixed to the front side member 22 by a fastening means 28. In the structure, the on-vehicle unit is mounted to the vehicle body by the mount bracket 27. The structure has an inner material 34 welded to the front side member 22 near a bonding part of the mount bracket at the inside of the front side member 22; and a transmission member 44 provided in the front side member 22 and peeling off the welded part of the inner material 34 by transmitting the load input from a front part of the vehicle body to the inner material 34.
