PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer flocculant which can suppress adhesion among particles during polymerization and drying and sticking to a wall surface in a polymerization tank or the like in reversed phase suspension polymerization and thereby which can greatly improve productivity. SOLUTION: The polymer flocculant consists of a water-soluble (co)polymer (A) which is obtained by reversed phase suspension polymerization of a water-soluble unsaturated monomer (a) under presence of modified organo-polysiloxane (B) having at least one kind of reactive functional group chosen from a group composed of amino group, ammonium group, carboxyl group, epoxy group, hydroxyl group, thiol group and vinyl group.
