PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the coating quality by increasing the degree of freedom in coating patterns of a liquid on a substrate. SOLUTION: An ink jet coating device 10 has a head comprising a plurality of nozzles 23 which are lined side by side, and applies the liquid discharged from the respective nozzles 23 to the substrate 1.
