<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately perform identity authentication based on biometrics information, to prevent leakage of the biometrics information, to increase the kind of information used for the identity authentication by the biometrics information, and to discard or update the information used for the authentication. <P>SOLUTION: In pseudo-biometrics information authentication processing, a tamper-resistant device 10 generates a public random number for TempA, and generates pseudo-biometrics information on the basis of a pseudo-biometrics key of itself and the generated public random number. The generated pseudo-biometrics information is transmitted together with the public random number.
