FLAME RETARDANT FOR POLYESTER-BASED FIBER AND FLAME PROOF FINISHING METHOD OF POLYESTER-BASED FIBER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant excellent in emulsification stability of a flame retardant with time and applying flame retardance excellent in endurance to a polyester-based fiber while suppressing bad influence on dyeing even in treatment in the same bath as a dyeing bath. SOLUTION: The flame retardant for polyester-based fibers is obtained by emulsifying and dispersing a condensed phosphate represented by general formula (1) [R1is a phenyl group or the like; R2is a group represented by general formula (i) or a group represented by general formula (ii) (wherein A is -CH2- or the like; t is an integer of 1-10)] by using an anionic surfactant represented by general formula (2) (wherein R3is a 2-4C alkylene group; a is 1-100; m is 1-5; n is 1 or 2; M is an alkali metal or the like).
