PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a control parameter which should not be updated from being updated when a control parameter is updated in a controller for performing control by referring to the value of the control parameter. SOLUTION: In the image formation apparatus 1, a storage means 11 stores the value of a control parameter 21, and control means 16 and 31 perform control by referring to the value of the control parameter 21 stored in the storage means 11. Conditional updating means 16, 32 and 33 update the value of the control parameter 21 when predetermined conditions based on the value of the control parameter 21 are satisfied, and does not update it otherwise by referring to the value of the control parameter 21 stored in the storage means 11.
