PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation that exhibits good stability with time, enhanced percutaneous absorption of physiologically active substances and excellent effects in antioxidation, beautification, skin wrinkle suppression, skin moisture-retention, keratin removal, protein synthesis, or the like. SOLUTION: The skin care preparation is remarkably improved in stability and enhanced in percutaneous absorption into the skin by micronization under a high pressure of an emulsified particle of a several hundreds nanometer to several micrometer size, prepared by using one or two or more polyglycerine fatty acid esters as an emulsifier, into an emulsified particle of a several to several tens nanometer size utilizing a sucrose fatty acid ester and by the joint use of the particle with a water-soluble polymer.
