PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processing apparatus capable of performing synchronous control regardless of the number of video devices. SOLUTION: A video signal processing apparatus 2 comprises a signal processor 6 for generating a signal for displaying a video image by processing video signals received from a plurality of video devices 9A-9X; a synchronizing signal generator 3 for generating a synchronizing signal to be used for the signal processor 6; and mask signal generators 4A-4X and mask processors 5A-5X for receiving synchronizing signals 14A-14X generated in the plurality of video devices 9A-9X, respectively, and generating clock signals 16A-16X for video devices for each of the video devices for operating the plurality of video devices 9A-9X based on the received synchronizing signals 14A-14X and the synchronizing signal generated by the synchronizing signal generator 3.
