The device for the introducing of cannulas into the bone (6) for the purpose of intraossary injection consists of a handle (1) which is held in the hand of the user, a plunger which is fitted firmly in the handle, a protective sleeve (3) for the cannula by which the bone is punctured, and a fixing plate by which the cannula is fixed in height and position in the bone. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a plunger fitted in the handle of the device by a threaded connection; (2) a plunger and protective sleeve for the proposed device; (3) a cannula guided in the bore of the protective sleeve; and (4) a fixing plate with a step-like slot.
