A heating and cooking device is provided to improve sanitary effects by easily separating a heating tank and a water tank of a steam generating unit from other components, and to simplify the structure by integrally forming the steam generating unit with the water tank. A heating and cooking device comprises a main body formed with a cooking chamber; a steam generating unit(30) for supplying steam to the cooking chamber; and a water tank(25) for supplying water to the steam generating unit. The steam generating unit includes a heating tank(31) integrally formed with the water tank to be separated or mounted together with the water tank and partitioned from the water tank through a partitioning unit(33); and a heater(32) installed in the heating tank.
