A strut insulator mounting structure having variable camber and caster is provided to improve rotation performance and straight-driving performance, and to improve handling performance and riding comfort according to tuning without causing loss of steering power. A strut insulator mounting structure having variable camber and caster varies position of a strut assembly(10) according to the operation of a steering device, thereby varying the camber and the caster. The strut insulator mounting structure comprises a rotation plate(40), and a bearing(30). The rotation plate having a disc form is connected to an end of a shock absorber rod(14) of the strut assembly by a fixing nut(50), and is rotated as inserted in an insulator(20). The bearing is inserted in the insulator to rotatably support circumference of the rotation plate. The shock absorber rod is connected eccentrically outward with respect to the rotation plate.
