<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts replacement timing detection device, a component replacement timing detection method, and a computer program capable of detecting component replacement timing taking into account not only the extent of abrasion but also vibration, shock, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The invention comprises a plurality of speed sensors for detecting the operation speed for each of the components constituting an apparatus, and an arithmetic processing device for calculating whether or not a component is at the stage of replacement based on the detected operation speed for each of the components.
