PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive simulation test apparatus capable of simulating forward/backward acceleration in small space. SOLUTION: The drive simulation test apparatus 1 for simulating the motion of a vehicle in accordance with a subject's driving operation is provided with: a drive sensing means 7 for allowing a subject to sense the motion state of the vehicle; a circular turning means 3 for circularly turning the drive sensing means 7; a roll rotation means 4 for rotating the drive sensing means 7 in a roll direction; and a control means for calculating the motion of the vehicle on the basis of subject's driving operation and controlling the drive of the circular turning means 3 and the roll rotation means 4 to simulate the motion of the vehicle. In the case of simulating the forward/backward acceleration of the vehicle, the drive sensing means 7 is circularly turned and rotated by a prescribed angle in the roll direction.
