摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable radiological image detector which can be manufactured by a simple film formation process. SOLUTION: The radiological image detector 10 is made by stacking a first electrode layer 11 which transmits a radiation ray, photoconduction layer 12 for blocking, photoconduction layer 13 for recording which generates electric charge according to an amount of radiation irradiated by being irradiated with the radiation transmitted through the first electrode layer 11, photoconduction layer 14 for reading having a charge transportation ability which works as an insulator for latent image charge generated in the photoconduction layer 13 for recording while working as a conductor for carried charge having an opposite polarity from the latent image charge and which generates electric charge by being irradiated with reading light L2, photoconduction layer 15 for blocking, and second electrode layer 16 which transmits the reading light L2, in this order. The latent electric charge generated in the photoconduction layer 13 for recording is accumulated in a power accumulator 17, and is read out by irradiation of the reading light L2 on the power accumulator 17. A film formation process for stacking the photoconduction layer for recording on the charge transportation layer which has been necessary in the past is now not necessary.
