PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat push-pull lever body structure from which a control lever can be easily removed, and which is excellent in designability because a screw head cannot be seen in appearance. SOLUTION: A pair of push-pull lever body structures 10 holds a latch lock body part, equipped with an invertible latch engaging piece, in the state of sandwiching it between both sides. The structure 10 comprises: an oscillating operation lever 4 for invertibly or uninvertibly performing the latch engaging piece 62 in synchronization with the operation of the control lever 2; a flat main body part 1 which is equipped with a hollowed part 5 for housing an inside cover 3; and the flat control lever 2 which is screwed to the member 4. A recessed part, which forms a space 34 for inserting a person's finger, is provided between the inside cover 3 and the control lever 2 positioned above the inside cover 3, and a surface 11 of the main body part 1 and a surface 21 of the control lever 2 form the same appearance surface substantially with no step in an assembled state.
