PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the time and effort of an operator lifting or lowering a reaping part to a set height at point by point unnecessary when traveling on a road. SOLUTION: The combine harvester is constituted as follows. A machine frame is supported by a right and left pair of traveling parts, and at least a driving part, a motor part, a threshing part, a selection part and a grain-storing part are provided on the machine frame. The reaping part is attached to the front end part of the machine frame so that the lifting and lowering position can be regulated. A control means is provided in the machine frame. A switch for traveling on the road is connected to the input side of the control means, and a reaping part-lifting and lowering means is connected to the output side of the control means to enable the reaping part to be kept at the set height for traveling on the road by the on-operation of the switch for traveling on the road so that the reaping part-lifting and lowering means may be operated through the control means.
