PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information processor capable of highly precisely managing the access of an object equipped with an RFID tag. SOLUTION: This management system 5 is communicatively connected to a reader/writer 4 for calculating distance information between an RFID tag 2 and a present device, and provided with an external communication part 51 and an information extracting part 52 for accepting distance information calculated by the reader/writer 4, an information storage part 56 for storing history information 57 being the history of accepted distance information and a movement monitoring part 53 for monitoring the displacement of an article based on the history information 57.
