<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information selecting system for a client enabling usage of an image or image information selected according to each client's taste on an image displayed on a medium to be sent to the client or on an image to be sent to the client. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal is equipped with a code information reading means, a code information analyzing means, a storing means, and a means for sending portable identification information and code information to an information management server. The information management server is provided with a personal information database, a registering means, an extracting means for extracting personal information and code information from the personal information database and the code information database based on the portable identification information, and a means for sending the extracted personal information and the code information to an information processing device. The information processing device is provided with a client taste information generating means, and a means for sending the generated client taste information to a form image generating device.
