PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device obtaining the photographing image of an angle of a field intended by a photographer in the image sensing device jointly using electronic type hand-movement correction and mechanical type hand-movement correction. SOLUTION: The place of the cut-out of an image sensing signal output at a specified frame rate from a CCD unit 22 is changed on the basis of an output from a camera-movement detecting section 61, and first camera-movement correction correcting the movement of an animation generated between frames is conducted in the case of live-view display. Second camera-movement correction correcting the movement of a static image is conducted in the case of the photographing of a static image by changing a part of the CCD unit 22 on the basis of the output from the camera-movement detecting section 61. Cut-out place information by the first camera-movement correction in the case of the start of a photographing operation is imparted to photographed data, and recorded on a recording medium.
