PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to operate a lock cylinder by one hand, which restricts the turning of an opening/closing piece. SOLUTION: The lock cylinder 11 is arranged in the opening/closing piece 2 turned inward from an opening of the hooked part 1 in a hook 10, so as to be movable forwards and backwards. The lock cylinder 11 is urged in a direction to fit the end 3 of the hooked part 1. When the lock cylinder 11 is pulled by a finger against urging force, while holding the hook 10 in hand, the engagement of the lock cylinder 11 with the end 3 is released. When the opening/closing piece 2 is turned inward by the same hand, the hooked part 1 is opened. When the finger for pulling the lock cylinder 11 is released after the opening/closing piece 2 is returned to a position for closing the opening, the lock cylinder 11 is progressed by the urging force and fitted to the end of the hooked part 1. Thus, a series of operations are performed by one hand. In this case, a pair of engagement surfaces in a turning direction, which are provided on the outer periphery of the end 3 of the uncinate part 1 abuts on a slit inner wall 14a in the same direction, which is provided at the opening/closing piece 2. Consequently, the opening/closing piece becomes immovable in a horizontal direction, so that resistance force against a load in the horizontal direction is raised in the hook 10.
