<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce exhibitor's load on procedure and management by integrating various procedures to a plurality of trading sites. <P>SOLUTION: An individual form creating portion 13 sorts itemized information of a common form to each item of an individual form in reference to an individual form creating table 21. The number of exhibits in each of dealing sites A-C is specified from the total number of exhibits of the common form, and the individual form on which the commodity information including the number of exhibits is described, is created. A new exhibit processing portion 11 individually transmits the individual form to the dealing sites A-C to offer new exhibit. The new exhibit processing portion 11 stores exhibit numbers, the number of exhibits, and the total number of exhibits of a plurality of exhibit items in association with each other, in an exhibit management database 18. A dealing state checking portion 14 determines whether the number of exhibits should be changed or not in response to the dealing state of each dealing site.
