<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immediately and surely delivering a document prescribed in money lending business law when, for example, there is a transfer from an automatic teller machine (an ATM) or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method for immediately delivering the document prescribed in money lending business law is characterized by that when there is input of recognition information of a debtor from the debtor, and payment of a tender from the debtor to a device having an automatic teller function, the recognition information and tender amount information are read, the pieces of information are sent to a computer and a network server of a money lender via a communication means, information of a receipt satisfying requirements prescribed in predetermined law is generated on the basis of the recognition information, the tender amount information, and debt information of the debtor owned by the money lender, and the receipt described in the law is delivered to the debtor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
