<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus which is suitable for large electric power use and can collectively insulate many semiconductor devices and circuits. <P>SOLUTION: A structure such as an inverter device constituted of a semiconductor device 5 and a bus bar 1 is laminated by insulating films 9 from upper and lower faces. Since the power conversion apparatus is sandwiched with the insulating films 9, cooling of the power conversion apparatus from both faces is realized. Especially, a range sandwiched with the insulating films 9 can directly be immersed into liquid and a degree of freedom in a cooling structure remarkably increases. Namely, the power conversion apparatus which is suitable for motor driving of a hybrid vehicle and can collectively insulate the multiple semiconductor devices and circuits can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
