<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of achieving good response right after a scale out, or right after rebooting in using an object or a program in an added or rebooted information processor. <P>SOLUTION: In the pooling method, the frequency of generating objects or programs is reduced by pooling and reusing generated objects or programs.
