PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease a shock to an article, to reduce facility investment, cost and time for packing and packaging, to easily manage parts, and to reuse a PET bottle. SOLUTION: This packing device is provided with a bottom base 110, an openable panel member 131 mounted on one side forming the bottom base, three face side members 140, 150, 160 provided standing on the other three sides, a cushioning member 170 with a cushioning body unit formed by assembling many PT bottles arranged on the bottom base and a loading stand 180 with a cushioning panel material positioned on the member 170.
