PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aseptic agent that controls proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms and indigenous microorganisms of pet or human corpse without damaging a corpse for about two weeks, prevents secondary infection in medical treatment facilities and pathogenic microorganisms from diffusing to the outsides of medical treatment facilities and controls invasion and proliferation of a bacterial flora in an intracerebral tissue and other tissues before complete death of brain cells without causing protein denaturation of corpse tissue and to provide an antisepticizing method. SOLUTION: The aseptic agent comprises dimethyl sulfoxide, ethanol, sodium azide, streptomycin sulfate and an antifungal agent.
