PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-reducing valve which is excellent in operability and reduces labor in a pressure adjustment operation. SOLUTION: The pressure-reducing valve 1 has a spring 27 for energizing a piston 29 for receiving a secondary pressure, a spring retainer 25 for retaining the spring, and a conductive passage 33 for guiding the secondary pressure acting on the piston 29 toward the spring retainer 25 side. The secondary pressure introduced into a back pressure chamber 31 via the conductive passage 33 acts on the spring retainer 25 on the opposite side to a spring load receiving side. Thus, the pressure-reducing valve keeps a balance between the pressure acting on the piston 29 and the pressure acting on the spring retainer 25, and accordingly a handle 3 can be revolved without feeling a resisting force when a pressure is adjusted. Consequently, the operability of the pressure-reducing valve can greatly be improved, and a worker, who conducts a pressure adjustment operation, can significantly reduce labor.
