FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preventing postoperational disorders of immune state. One should detect the content of leukocytes (Lk), circulating immune complexes (CIC), phagocytic activity of leukocytes (PAL) and blast-cell transformation in patients' blood followed by the impact of ultrasound upon the area of presternum. Then comes operative interference, on the 3d and the 7th d after operation one should repeatedly study the mentioned parameters to determine the coefficient of pathology (Cpt) and coefficients of early (C3) and prolonged (C7) prophylaxis to detect the presence of early and/or prolonged prophylactic action. The innovation enables to increase accuracy and information value of prophylactic measures conducted. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of evaluation. ^ 5 ex, 2 tbl |
