A shade cover frame for ginseng field with a height-adjustable upper connecting bar for supporting a shade cover at the upper part of a pillar is provided. The frame enables the connecting bar to be adjusted to the height which is best suited for ginseng cultivation according to the cultivation age of ginseng and thus provides circumstances having the good crop and for production of high-quality ginseng. The shade cover frame for ginseng field contains a plurality of pillars(10,10') and a connecting bar(20) between pillars. The shade cover frame is characterized in that: the lower end part(11) of the pillars has a sharp cross-sectional form to make it easier to drive into the ground; an insertion part(13) is formed at the upper end part(12) of the pillar to insert the front end(21) or rear end(22) of the connecting bar; the connecting bar is bent to have a triangle roof shape; a pillar coupling part(23) is formed on the rear end to insert into the insertion part of the pillar; a plurality of height-adjusting holes(24) corresponding to the pin fastening hole(14) are perforated on the side surface of the pillar coupling part and fixed with a fixing pin(25); a connecting bar coupling part(27) is formed at the upper part of the pillar coupling part to connect to the front end of the next connecting bar(20') and be fixed by a connecting pin; the front end of the connecting bar is bent downwardly to form a pillar coupling part(28) which is inserted into the insertion part of the pillars.
