The wiper has a brush holder (12) mounted such that the longitudinal axis of the holder is inclined at an angle with respect to the perpendicular to a rotational axis (14), when the blade, holder and the axis are in the same plane. The angle of inclination of the holder is chosen such that the inclination of a glass wiping blade (15) with respect to the normal to a glass ranges from an angle correcting the position of the blade with respect to the normal to the glass, during the rotation of the holder.
