The package has a storage compartment for receiving a cassette (22) incorporating a reactive strip (24) apt to react with saliva charged by tetra-hydro-cannabinol (THC). A swab (29) has a padded end (30) introduced in an input end of a channel and sliding along the length of the channel to make contact with the reactive strip of the cassette. A section of the input end is higher than the cross-section of the corresponding swab. An independent claim is also included for method of analyzing a body fluid.
