PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a decorative product capable of simply obtaining the decorative product to which the printing of a pattern or the like is additionally applied, and the decorative product. SOLUTION: The printing of a second pattern layer 8 is additionally applied by means of an inkjet printer to the surface of the adhesive layer 6 of a transfer film 1 which is obtained by providing a transfer pattern layer 5 on a base material sheet 2 through a peeling layer 4 and further coating the pattern layers with the adhesive layer 6 and the transfer film 1, to which the printing of the second pattern layer 8 is additionally applied, is brought into contact with the printing target surface under heating and pressure to transfer the pattern to the printing target surface along with the additionally printed second pattern.
