PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of ion conductive composition excellent in film forming property, having sufficient mechanical strength, high ion conductivity, and high cation transference number, and to provide a solid electrolyte composition containing ion conductive composition obtained by the above manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the ion conductive composition containing ion conductive polymer and metal oxide filler, when kneading the ion conductive polymer and the metal oxide filler, they are kneaded by making a compound containing the 13-group element coexist.
