<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-treatment device capable of appropriately binding ejected sheets, while compacting the device. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet post-treatment device is provided with a handling tray 42 to be loaded with the sheets ejected from an image forming part, a matching means (an alignment plate 61 or the like) for aligning ends of the sheets ejected onto the handling tray 42, a post-treatment device 43 for binding the sheets aligned by the alignment means, and a moving means (a unit moving motor 60 or the like) for moving the post-treatment device 43 in relation to a plurality of post-treatment positions set to bind the sheets at a different binding position.
