<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cavity antenna system capable of transmission without signal attenuation after receiving the reflected wave, while transmitting as an electric wave without attenuating the signal to which electric power is supplied. <P>SOLUTION: The cavity antenna system 100 comprises a transmitting antenna 1 for transmitting an electric wave, and a receiving antenna 2 for receiving a reflected wave of the transmitted electric wave. The transmitting antenna 1 and the receiving antenna 2 are provided with a cavity case 6 where an opening is formed at the front end and also a cavity is formed in the inside; a tabular dielectric member 7 provided by blocking the front end opening of the cavity case 6; a tabular radiating element 4 provided on the dielectric member 7 for radiating or taking in an electric wave; and an excitation line 8 constructed from the back end of the cavity case 6 toward an electric power supplying point formed at an end of the radiating element 4 in the cavity case 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
