An orthopedic bed aide comprising of foam pads and blocks that can be used in pairs or individually for the correct support of a patient, is disclosed. The set of foam pads comprises of a rubber back pad for raising the patient who needs constant turning in bed, a foot pad for raising the patients feet and a foot block for the patient to rest or push their feet against to make themselves more comfortable or help them get out of bed. The set of natural foam rubber back pads for raising the patients back has two widths, 92cm for a single bed and 86cm for a double bed. The raised angles from the horizontal of the back pads are 33 degrees, 40 degrees and 45 degrees. The foot pad for raising the patients feet has two widths, 92cm for a single bed and 86cm for a double bed and are raised from the horizontal by 25 degrees and 30 degrees. The foot block is in the form of a T-shaped pad. The foot block is made from a hard foam rubber with two soft foam rubber pads on either side of the T for the patients to rest their feet on or against. The hard rubber in the middle of the T is for the patient to push on with a foot to help them get out of bed without using their hands. The foot block comes in one width of 86cm. The back and foot pads can be made out of firm airtight plastic with an air valve for portable or military use.
