PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle safety confirmation device capable of safely and easily changing lanes of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle safety confirmation device is furnished with a right camera to pick up an image of the right side direction of the vehicle 1, a left camera to pick up an image of the left side direction, a rear camera to pick up an image of the rear of the vehicle 1 and a head-up display 5 to simultaneously display the picture images respectively picked up by these right camera, left camera and rear camera. The head-up display 5 is arranged within a front field of view of a driver. Consequently, it is possible to simultaneously see the side to change the lanes and the rear and to reduce an angle to change the lanes in safety confirmation of the side to change the lanes and the rear as this head-up display 5 is arranged within the front field of view of the driver.
