PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover easy to put on and off and with resistance to wind reduced, eliminating uncomfortable feeling due to close adhesion of a rainwear to the skin and inconvenience of change of the rainwear and not wetting a shoes or the like by making the rain drop flowing on the cover. SOLUTION: In the capsule-like cover for covering the whole body from the head part of a rider, a lower part and a bottom part of the leg are opened so as to capable of landing and a slit is provided on a front part of the cover. A handlebar shaft and a handlebar lower vehicle body are penetrated through it. It fixes this while co-used as a front surface cover fixing screw of a vehicle body and fixes this while clamping a vehicle body under the handlebar. A rear part of the cover is mounted by a mounting part fixed to a load-carrying platform and a side door is provided for getting on/off.
