PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly restrain stick slipping sound and to restrain abrasion of a hub ring and a constant velocity universal coupling at a mating part. SOLUTION: This bearing device for the wheel is furnished with an outer ring 105, the hub ring 101, an inner ring 102 and a plural number of rows of rollers 103, 104 and is constituted by integrating the hub ring 101 and the inner ring 102 by caulking an end part of a small diametrical step part 112 of the hub ring 101 and inserting a stem part 127 of the constant velocity universal coupling 106 in a bore of the hub ring 101 and spline-fitting it, a brake rotor 142 is mounted on the hub ring 101 with a faucet structure, a through hole 144 is provided at a rotating center of the brake rotor 142, an inside diameter of the through hole 144 is made smaller than an inside diameter of the hub ring 101, an inboard side end surface 142a of the brake rotor 142 and a spline shaft end surface 127a of a stem part 127 are mated with each other and a clearance in the axial direction (n) is provided between a caulking part 111 of the hub ring 101 and a shoulder part 116 of a coupling outer ring 115.
