PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mirror circuit in which the minimum permissible voltage of output voltage is established lower. SOLUTION: The current mirror circuit 1 is composed of a 1st to 3rd transistors M1, M2, M3 and an operational amplifier 2. A 1st electrode M1g of the M1 is connected to Vref, a 2nd electrode M1s is grounded, and a 3rd electrode M1d is connected to Vdd. A 1st electrode M2g of the M2 is connected to Vref and the 1st electrode M1g of the M1, a 2nd electrode M2s is grounded. A 1st electrode M3g of the M3 is connected to an output terminal 2out of the operational amplifier 2, and a 2nd electrode M3s is connected to an input terminal 2in<SP>-</SP>of a low voltage side of the operational amplifier 2 and a 3rd electrode M2d of the M2, and a 3rd electrode M3d is an output terminal. An input terminal 2in<SP>+</SP>of a high voltage side of the operational amplifier 2 is connected to Vdd and the 3rd electrode M1d of the M1, and the input terminal 2in<SP>-</SP>of the low voltage side is connected to the 3rd electrode M2d of the M2.
