PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly start force feed devices including an electric oil pump that feeds an oil for cooling a motor, and to more properly judge the abnormality of the force-feed devices. SOLUTION: Whenever motor temperatures Tm1, Tm2 rise by 10°C from a starting initial temperature Tset, the starting of the oil pump is attempted that feeds the oil of a motor cooling system to an oil cooler (S100-S180). This operation makes it possible to start the oil pump more reliably even in the high viscosity state of the oil that is caused by low outside air temperature to some extent. If the oil pump cannot be started even with a plurality of such attempts, the oil pump is judged to be abnormal when the outside air temperature Tout is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature Tref, and not judged to be abnormal when the outside air temperature Tout is lower than the predetermined temperature Tref (S190-S220).
