PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable traveling system capable of smoothly performing automatic charge. SOLUTION: When a body BD is parallel to a wall W, a installation position of the side wall sensor 36 is defined so as to satisfy an expression of (a)=(1/2)b regarding a distance (a) between a straight line perpendicularly extending from a rotary axis C to the wall W and a side wall sensor 36, and width (b) of an electric supply section 102 of a charge device 100. Therefore, when turning the body BD so as to make a charge terminal 27a mounted on the center of the body BD at a back side and an electric supply terminal 102a of the charge device 100 face each other, the charge terminal 27a and electric supply terminal 102a face each other without deviation.
