PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel chip capable of reliably mixing liquids which are stored in a plurality of wells with each other. SOLUTION: The microchannel chip comprises a plate 10a. The plurality of wells 11 to 13, an opening part 14 and microchannel parts 11a to 13a which connect the plurality of wells with the opening part 14 are formed in the plate 10a. The microchannel parts 11a to 13a have at least one of each of combined part 15, 16 and at least one of each of passive valves 17a to 17d for stopping liquid is disposed on the upstream side of the combined parts 15, 16, wherein the sum total number of each of the passive valves 17a to 17d disposed from the opening part 14 up to each of the wells 11 to 13 is equal to one another.
