<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling for a game to be contested by players at the game stations that controls a progressive prize (money) accumulation system affecting favorably for all winning players as to the prize (money) which each player is eligible for when he wins. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus controls the game which is composed of an initialization means, a counter that counts the number of participating game players, a counter that counts the number of game winners, and a means that decides the amount of the prize (money) of each game winner as the function of the number of participating game players.
