摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic throttle controller for an internal combustion engine for a vehicle capable of improving escape property from a frozen condition when freezing occurs in a throttle valve. SOLUTION: When it is determined that freezing occurs on both sides of an opening side and a closing side of the throttle valve 12, a motor 14 generates driving force in the direction for closing the throttle valve 12 once, the motor 14 is rotated by a clearance of a gear in at least a transmission mechanism 13, and then the motor 14 generates driving force in the direction for opening the throttle valve 12 to let the throttle valve 12 collide against ice on the opening side. Consequently, the motor 14 is accelerated while the motor 14 rotates by the clearance of the gear, and driving force acting on the throttle valve 12 from the motor 14 through the transmission mechanism 13 can be increased.
