PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet which reduces the deformation of a lower deck board when the pallet is placed on a rack in an automatic warehouse. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin pallet is made by connecting an upper deck board and a lower deck board via four corner beams, intermediate beams, and a center beam. A space encircled with the beams and the upper/lower deck boards is used as a fork inserting opening. Latticed ribs, which cross laterally and vertically each other, are provided under a top board of an internal part that is encircled with the corners of the four corner beams, the intermediate beams, and the center beam. A diagonal reinforcing rib is formed between any one of the latticed ribs and the peripheral wall of each beam. The diagonal rib is preferably formed between the peripheral wall of each beam and one or a plurality of ribs closer to the beams out of the latticed ribs crossing each other in the internal part encircled with the corners of the four corner beams, the intermediate beams, and the center beam.
