PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document conveyance device capable of surely returning the rear end of a delivered document to an end fence. SOLUTION: This document conveyance device is used for conveying a document 1 from a document mounting part to an image reading position and for delivering the document1 after reading it onto a catch tray 15 by a delivery roller 12 and a delivery lower driven roller 12a. The document conveyance device includes a driving device for rotatably driving the delivery lower driven roller 12a in a direction for delivering the document 1, and the end fence 19 for aligning the document delivered onto the delivery tray 15. The delivery lower driven roller 12a rotatably driven by the driving device moves from a delivery position for delivering the document 1 to a contact position coming into contact with the document 1 delivered onto the delivery tray 15 and contacts the document 1 delivered onto the delivery tray 15 to make the rear end of the document 1 reach the end fence 19.
